Idea Amplifier – call out for creative people with Tourettes syndrome
Touretteshero aka Jess Thom is on the look out for six creative people with Tourettes (aged 16-25) to collaborate on a project supported by Unlimited Impact and Spirit of 2012. Over two days you’ll work with other young people, the Touretteshero team and a professional filmmaker to produce a brand-new film made up of inventive sound and visuals. Read more…

flip Artists – supported programme of development for emerging disabled artists in Scotland
flip Artists is an initiative supported by the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation in partnership with several high profile arts organisations in Scotland.  Together they are offering 8 – 10 development opportunities for disabled artists across Scotland to develop their artistic practice or career through an individualised programme of mentoring and support. The programme is for artists at the start of their career, cross-artform with no artform restrictions, open to performers, visual artists, writers, musicians and so on. Read more…

no strings attached – A grant scheme for young theatre makers
no strings attached at Farnham Maltings offers grants of between £500 and £1000 to young people from across the south east region to make their first piece of theatre. In partnership with Unlimited, this year they are offering a specific grant to ensure young disabled artists are supported.  The grant is for anyone aged between 18 and 25 who hasn’t previously received a grant for the arts.
